Sub Activity Description:

The Government of the Republic of Namibia (GRN) has developed Website Standards and Guidelines to introduce a level of consistency throughout all OMA/RCs’ websites. The intent is to better promote the Public Service and foster the Public Service identity by allowing users to easily identify GRN websites by providing a more consistent user experience that will make it easier for users to use Public Service websites. The website evaluation aims to assess the compliance of OMA/RCs’ websites to the adopted and approved Websites Standards and Guidelines for the Public Service and how well the website meets the business objectives.

Tabling of OMA and PE audited Financial Reports in the National Assembly and disseminate to the public

Sub Activity Description:

Development of a Public Enterprises Financial Monitoring System (PE-FMS) for all national PEs, PEMES database was successfully converted into an electronic PE-FMS, which is a sequential project, which in the end will be part of the electronic integrated performance monitoring and evaluation system (IEPMERS). The aim was to convert the existing financial database or workbook with the collected financial information of all PEs into a web-based data bank with multi-user access. The financial data collected forms the basis for the reform agreements with the individual state enterprises.
