Develop an AfCFTA implementation strategy and action plan as well as to establish a national AfCFTA desk/secretariat to promote continent integration, which will make Africa competitive by promoting productivity and enhancing competitiveness through continental value chains and the exploitation of opportunities that will benefit the member states through enhanced trade, employment creation, and poverty reduction.
